Full payment is required in order to secure your place in the commission queue. Work will not be started until payment has been received.
Payments must be made via Paypal for international residents. (An option to pay via bank transfer is available for UK residents only.)
If your commission requires me to design from scratch – initial sketches will be provided for review, amends and approval. This stage will need to be completed before any animation takes place.
Commission turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue. You’ll be given an estimate. A singular animation project can take between 1-4 weeks depending on it’s complexity.
Due to the volume of messages I get, I will not respond to incomplete messages like, “Can you make me an animation?” or “Can you draw me something?”
I will not create or work with pornographic, nude, racial hatred or toxic content.
I reserve the right to refuse your commission.
Commission communications are preferred to be handled via e-mail. I am available for general queries and questions on discord and twitter – but all communications regarding a specific commission will be directed to e-mails.
As a solo motion graphic artist I will respond to messages in the order of which they’re received. Response times may vary.
You must check with your original commission artist for permission to alter or modify artworks for animation.
If you have a deadline, please tell me before commissioning so I can check if it can be met.
Cancellation fees will occur if I have already started on your commission, and you request to cancel. The fee will depend on the amount of progress made and you will be charged a minimum of 50% of the commission.
You will not be charged if I decide to cancel your commission of my own accord and I will refund you fully if you’ve already paid for your commission.
Ensure that you keep the final commission delivery files backed up in a safe digital storage space. I cannot guarantee that I’m able to store or archive your files permanently.
As the motion graphic artist, I own the rights to the artwork and animations. I retain the right to display the work as a part of my portfolio.
